By using SnipPdf, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

2. The service

SnipPdf is a suite of web tools for working with PDF files. Most tools run in your browser; some require server-side processing (see the Privacy Policy).

3. Acceptable use

By using the service, you agree not to:

• process, transmit, or attempt to process illegal, counterfeit, defamatory content, or content infringing on a third party's rights;
• circumvent or attempt to circumvent any rate limits or usage quotas;
• attempt to compromise, disrupt, or overload the service;
• transmit files containing malicious software of any kind;
• use the service for fraudulent purposes or for any activity contrary to applicable law.

Any breach of these rules may result in a restriction or ban from accessing the service.

4. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its output will be free of defects.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including loss of data. No commitment to persistence, backup, or file recovery is made. It is your responsibility to keep a copy of your original files.

6. Intellectual property

You retain full intellectual property rights over the files you process through the service. Using the service grants us no license, assignment, or right of use over the content of your documents.

7. Modification of the service

The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time, in whole or in part, without notice. These terms may also be modified; the version in effect is the one published on this page.
