When assembling several documents, form fields in added documents become non-editable; their visible content is preserved. Fields in the first PDF remain editable.

One workshop for your entire PDF

Work on the same document throughout. Each action you apply becomes the starting point for the next. Use any of the four groups as needed and download the current version at any time.

Four groups, at your own pace

  1. Assemble PDF, JPG and PNG files in your chosen order. Each image becomes an A4 page; existing PDF page sizes are preserved.

  2. Organize your pages: reorder, delete, extract, rotate or crop them. Check the result before continuing.

  3. Personalize your PDF with a visual signature, watermark or page numbers. The signature is not a certified digital signature.

  4. Finalize with optional compression, metadata edits, flattening or password protection. Compression sends the current PDF to the server only when you choose it. Protect the document last, then download it.

Frequently asked questions

Which files can I combine?

PDF, JPG and PNG files. You can import up to 20 files at once, with a limit of 100 MB per file and 100 MB in total. The assembled PDF must also stay within 100 MB. Convert Word or HEIC files before importing them.

Can I undo changes or return later?

You can undo and redo recent actions during this session. History is limited to 10 versions and 200 MiB, with the current version always available. There is no persistent save: download your PDF before closing the tab.

What happens after password protection?

Protection is the final step. Download the protected PDF or undo protection to resume editing. The preview shows the document’s appearance before encryption.
