Why this matters
When a listed tool runs in your browser, the file is not sent to our service and remains in your browser while processing. This can matter when you work with sensitive documents such as contracts, medical records, ID copies, or financial statements.
Verify it yourself
You can check any client-side tool by opening your browser's Network tab (F12) before starting a job. For every tool marked "Your browser" above, you will see no upload request — only local processing.
